Ashford has suffered a little from low oxygen levels this last year and a few fish were lost as a result of this. Fortunately, it was only a few and there are still plenty of Carp and Tench in this water to keep you entertained.  We have a plan to stock a number of Crucian Carp back into this lake but are just waiting for a more suitable time to do this.

 

This is part of a bigger plan where we are considering how we might change this fishery to a more ‘family orientated’ venue. Discussions on how this would work are still taking place and we will update you accordingly.

 

Currently, Ashford is our only ‘All Year Round’ Venue that  comes as part of your standard annual Permit where the year commences 1st June 2023. Thus you can fish this water through to May 31st 2024.
